Sallybrooke weddings


Weddings at SallyBrooke are unforgettable events! Our shabby-chic Barn with chalk-painted farm tables, candlelight and vintage decor are the perfect backdrop for your special day.


SallyBrooke can host up to 120 guests in our indoor/outdoor facilities. Outdoor wedding ceremonies can take place under Carolyn's Tree, in a Tent, on the patio, or a combination of all three.

The Barn can accommodate ceremonies for 75-80 guests plus the bridal party. The Barn offers dining or reception space for up to 75 with a small cake table.  Our paved patio areas provide a variety of options for ceremonies, receptions and dinners.

SallyBrooke has a list of approved vendors for catering, bartending, tents, flowers, anything you can think of, to make your planning easier. Props such as settees, other furnishings, vintage truck, decorative items, china, table decor, etc. can be arranged at an additional cost. Decorating assistance is also available at an hourly rate.

SallyBrooke Wedding Packages

Wedding Package - You rent the Barn, Bridal Suite, Studio and Dinghy and outdoor event spaces for your Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner the evening before (4.5 hours), and 10 hours the day of the ceremony. No other events are booked on your weekend. Starting at $6,400.


Your Wedding Day Packages - Wedding or Reception or Wedding and Reception with use of Bride and Groom dressing areas – 10 hours (earliest arrival 9am). Starting at $4,950 (discounts available Sun-Thurs).

Intimate Affairs - Small wedding package allows you to share your vows under Carolyn's Tree and use of our elegantly dressed candlelit Barn for your photos. Three (3) hours, up to 40 guests. Saturday Intimate Affairs may only be booked within 60 days of the event, starting at $2,100. Sun - Fri Intimate Affairs starting at $1,975.

Let's Celebrate Packages - Bridal Showers, Bridesmaid Brunches/Luncheons – event space only  up to 40 guests, 4 hours, daytime only – tables, chairs, basic setup and light decor. Reservations available 90 days in advance. $750 Sat-Sun (discount available Mon-Fri or Day of Wedding with a wedding package).

If your wedding is booked at SallyBrooke, photo shoots can be arranged at a discounted rate. Props can be rented at a separate rate. Photo shoots will be scheduled around other events at SallyBrooke.

WEDDING policies

Wedding packages include use of the venue and light decor. Furnishings, props, linens and dinnerware are also available to rent through Kristi & Company. Special Event Liability Insurance is required of all clients and a Certificate of Insurance is due with your final payment. All alcohol must be served by TABC licensed bartenders or caterers who carry their own liability insurance. Event coordinators are required.

Prices and terms subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.



A 50% deposit and executed contract will hold your date and secure your rate. The remaining 50% + $1,000 security deposit is due 60 days prior to the event. 



Cancellation Insurance is recommended. If date changes are necessary, SallyBrooke will make every effort to accommodate the change. If we are unable to accommodate the change, or in the event of a cancellation, all rental fees are non-refundable; security deposits (if paid) are refundable.
